1.3. FIRLAN ADVOGADOS makes every effort to ensure the continuous and permanent availability of its platforms. Should the user submit URLs to their professional social media profile or resume, this will allow the FIRLAN ADVOGADOS team to access the information in their accounts and resume, which may be characterized as personal data, such as name, email address, gender, age, phone number, image, and educational background. 12. General Provisions
12.1. At any time, FIRLAN ADVOGADOS may request the revalidation of user information submitted through its platform, for reasons of preventing risks of fraud, data falsification, system or transaction manipulation, as well as identity fraud.
12.2. Should any attempt at fraud be identified, the user’s data will be immediately made available to the competent authorities for investigation and inquiry, as well as possible legal sanctions.
12.3. These Terms of Use are subject to changes and improvements. Accordingly, FIRLAN ADVOGADOS reserves the right to modify them at any time, whether to readapt them to changes in the platform or to comply with legal provisions or regulations from competent authorities, and users should check these terms from time to time.
12.4. Any tolerance of a violation of these Terms of Use on this domain will be considered a mere act of leniency and will not, under any circumstances, be interpreted as novation, an invokable precedent, waiver of rights, tacit alteration of contractual terms, vested right, or contractual amendment.
12.5. Should any provision of these Terms of Use be deemed inapplicable, invalid, or without effect, the remaining provisions shall continue in force, without the need for a judicial measure or act by FIRLAN ADVOGADOS expressly declaring such a finding.

12.7. In the event of a dispute between FIRLAN ADVOGADOS and its users that requires resolution through judicial proceedings, the parties agree, from this point on, to submit to the jurisdiction of Maceió, in the State of Alagoas, to resolve any disputes relating to the use of the FIRLAN ADVOGADOS platform and these Terms of Use, waiving any other jurisdiction, however more specific.
